These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and exterior home care services provided by COMMANDOOR ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Provided We offer exterior home care including window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, deck/fence refinishing, property maintenance, holiday lighting, and snow plowing across Chicagoland suburbs. Interior house cleaning available upon request. Scope, availability, and pricing vary by property size, location, and service type.
2. Booking and SchedulingBookings require 24-hour advance notice. Confirmation sent via email/phone. You must ensure property access on scheduled date/time. Failed access may incur rescheduling fee.
3. Cancellation PolicyFree cancellation/rescheduling up to 24 hours before service. Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee of total service cost.
4. PaymentsPayment due upon service completion unless pre-arranged. We accept cash, cards, Zelle, Venmo. Late payments may result in service refusal.
5. Customer ResponsibilitiesSecure valuables/fragile items before arrival. Notify us of allergies, pets, or special requirements in advance. Provide clear property access.
6. Liability DisclaimerWe are not liable for:● Pre-existing property damage● Injuries from wet surfaces after departure● Normal wear and tear● Plants/landscaping affected by pressure washingMaximum liability limited to service cost.
7. Service Changes & UpdatesWe may modify services, pricing, or Terms. Updates posted here, effective from listed date.
